Procedure to obtain the expert opinion:

To receive the expert opinion on the cost-estimate section of design documentation, the following steps are REQUIRED:

STEP 1

 The client emails the following documents for pre-read:

1. Questionnaire

2. Calculation of the consequence class

3. Cost estimate in bsdu, bsdr, sts, ims formats

STEP 2

1.Concluding the contract and paying for the services (budget-funded organizations must register the contract in the state treasury). 2. The client submits the full package of documents as listed.

STEP 3

The expert opinion is issued.

To receive the expert opinion on all sections of design documentation and on the strength, stability and durability, the following steps are REQUIRED:

STEP 1

The client emails the following documents for pre-read:

1. Questionnaire

2. Calculation of the consequence class

3. Baseline information (urban-planning conditions and limitations, technical specifications, design brief).

4. Design documentation prepared in line with state standards in a soft (PDF format) and hard copy in triplicate.

STEP 2

1. Concluding the contract and paying for the services (budget-funded organizations must register the contract in the state treasury).

2. The client submits a revised version of the design documentation taking into account the experts’ comments, in 1 paper copy.

3. The client submits the full package of documents as listed.
 

STEP 3

The expert opinion is issued.
